• What is your typical turnaround time? Most custom orders are pressed and prepared within 2–3 business days. During peak and holiday seasons, processing times may be extended. Shipping transit time is an estimated 2-5 business days. You can review our shipping policy here.
• How many magnets come in a set? Each set of photo magnets comes with 6 individual magnets. If you would like to order more than 6, you can add the first set to your cart, then go back to the product page to select 6 additional images to add to your cart as a new set of magnets. For bulk orders, our magnets come as one photo magnet printed a minimum of 30 times.
• How do I create a custom photo magnet? You can easily upload images directly from your phone or computer, which allows you to preview your magnets before checking out. 
• What photo formats can I upload? We accept JPG, PNG, BMP and HEIC files directly from your phone or computer.
• Can I preview my magnet before it is printed? Yes, our live preview tool shows you exactly how your crop and layout will look.
• Will the colors in my print match exactly what I see on screen? We use a six-color printing process that produces professional, vibrant results. Please note that exact color matching cannot always be guaranteed due to variations between digital screens and printed inks. 

• What exactly is a "press magnet"? It is a traditional button-style magnet featuring a metal shell, a vivid photo print, protective gloss Mylar, rigid plastic backing and a strong magnet back.
• Where can these magnets be used? Our magnets are best used on refrigerators, lockers, filing cabinets, or other similar metal objects. They are not suitable for use on moving vehicles. Magnets can cause interference with electronics and cards with magnetic strips, such as credit cards, so please use with caution.
• Are these magnets completely flat or thick? They have a premium, thick, rigid feel with a slight bevel, unlike thin flexible vinyl sheets. 
• Will the gloss finish scratch easily? No, the heavy-duty Mylar coating protects your photo from scratches, water splashes, and UV fading.
• How many sheets of paper can one magnet hold? A single press magnet can easily hold up to 4–5 standard sheets of copy paper on a fridge.

• What is your return policy? Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all custom-made, personalized, or custom-configured orders are final sale. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please review our full return policy here.
• Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship domestically within the United States and internationally to Canada.
• What if my package is lost or arrives damaged from the carrier? If you package is damaged or lost, please contact us within 10 days of the original delivery date. We will work with the carrier to find a solution, and if necessary, reissue the order
• How long does it take to receive my order? Production takes 2–3 business days, and shipping transit time is an estimated 2-5 business days. You can review our shipping policy here.
• Can I cancel or change an order after uploading? Modifications must be requested via email within 1 hour of placement due to our rapid printing cycle.
• What if my photo looks blurry or cropped poorly when it arrives? We print exactly what you submit, so we cannot offer refunds for user cropping errors or low-quality originals.
