Shipping Policy

All orders are generally processed within 2-3 days. During peak and holiday seasons, processing times may be extended.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification. This notification will include a tracking number.

Domestic US Shipping

Standard photo magnets come with free shipping within the US. Bulk magnet order shipping will be calculated at checkout to accommodate package size.

Most orders within the US will arrive between 2-5 business days from shipping date. Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional 2-3 days.

International Shipping

At this time, we are only able to offer international shipping to Canada. Our hope is to expand to additional countries and regions in the near future.

Orders to Canada are shipped at a flat rate of $18.00 USD. Customs and duties will be calculated at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If you package is damaged or lost, please contact us within 10 days of the original delivery date. We will work with the carrier to find a solution, and if necessary, reissue the order.
