Refund policy
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all custom-made, personalized, or custom-configured orders are final sale. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
By approving your final proof/design, you agree that all details (spelling, colors, layout) are correct. Once production begins, modifications or cancellations are not possible. We print exactly what you submit, so we cannot offer refunds for user cropping errors or low-quality originals.
In the unlikely event that your custom item arrives damaged or flawed due to our error, or that of the shipping process, please contact us within 10 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will review and, if approved, offer a replacement or correction.
As custom items cannot be resold, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrectly provided information by the customer
